Service Description

A Fitness Assessment is very important when you are analyzing information for your fitness goals. This information will help you and your coach identify your strength and weaknesses to achieve your new lifestyle goals. You will be given a questionnaire that you must fill out honestly to receive an accurate assessment. Functional Movement Screens, body composition assessments, cardiovascular evaluations, and muscular fitness tests will be conducted to provide you with an exceptional experience on your journey.


Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Sessions • All training sessions are by appointment only. • Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready to train. • Sessions last approximately [45–60 minutes] depending on the program. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 12–24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. • Sessions canceled within the late window may be forfeited unless due to emergency. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be done promptly through direct communication. 3. Payment & Packages • All sessions or packages must be paid in full before training begins. • Accepted payment methods: [Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Credit/Debit, etc.] • Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred under special circumstances. 4. Expiration Policy • Training packages must be used within [12 weeks/months] from the date of purchase. • Expired sessions may not be carried over unless approved in advance. 5. Refunds & Termination • Refunds are not offered for unused sessions. • In the event of injury, deployment, or relocation, training may be paused or transferred. • Southern Bred Fitness reserves the right to terminate training due to lack of compliance, unsafe behavior, or policy violation. 6. Health & Liability • All clients must complete a health screening and waiver prior to training. • Clients are responsible for notifying the coach of any injuries, limitations, or medical concerns. • Participation is at your own risk. Southern Bred Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained during training. 7. Communication • Stay connected via text, email, or Instagram DM (@southernbred_fitness) for updates and accountability. • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback regularly to improve their experience and progress.
