Introducing a Microcycle for Endurance Training


For athletes who want to create a sustainable endurance routine, this mesocycle may be the perfect solution. This program does require some eqiupment to include a kettlebell, dumbell and resistance band.  


The program consists of three active training days and three cardio/active recovery days per week. Proper nutrition is emphasized on active days, while lighter cardio is encouraged on passive recovery days.


A De-Load week has been included an the end of the 3rd week to allow the body rest before starting another mesocycle program or stregnth training program.
