My coaching style is an extension of my experience that is highly effective in its implementation. With applied military experience, we will foster a climate that emphasizes the importance of life obstacles and how to face them effectively.

Nutrition

Maintaining a well-balanced nutritional lifestyle fosters discipline in the kitchen. You cannot outwork a bad diet; becoming familiar with the essentials is key when putting stress on the body.

Sleep/Recovery

 

The recommended hours of sleep needed to perform efficiently the next day is around eight hours.  That's not ideal for everyone so build a routine around your sleep pattern that will provide you with the recovery your body needs.

Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type of Exercise

This pertains to the capability of designing a program that is customized for each individual athlete, as everyone's response to stimuli varies. This customization is crucial when activating the nervous system after adaptation, helping to prevent performance plateaus.

Spiritual Readiness

Discovering your purpose reveals who you truly are.  Invest in yourself to become the highest version of yourself.  Life is a personal journey, but who you invite on your trip is solely up to you.  Make the decision to live with/for a purpose.
